The barterai.io service. Compliant with 152-FZ and GDPR.

1. Operator and contacts

The operator is the owner of the barterai.io service. Contact for personal data matters: privacy@barterai.io.

2. Purposes of processing

Registration and authentication, conducting barter deals and the guarantor role, exchange matching by the neural network, payments and subscriptions, notifications, and compliance with legal requirements.

3. Categories of personal data

Email, name/nickname, geolocation (country/region/city — public; exact delivery address — private), contact phone, deal and payment history.

4. Legal grounds

The subject's consent, performance of a contract (the user agreement), legitimate interests, and legal requirements.

5. Localization and transfer

Primary storage of personal data of Russian citizens is on servers in Russia (152-FZ). Cross-border transfer of anonymized data to the AI service (OpenAI via Cloudflare, USA) is based on consent; payment data — Platega (Russia) and Stripe (non-residents).

6. Retention periods

Personal data is stored for the duration of your use of the service; financial and dispute records are kept in anonymized form for the period established by law.

7. Subject's rights

Access, modification, deletion, withdrawal of consent, and portability (export). These are exercised in your dashboard (data export and account deletion) or by contacting the operator.
